Exam Pattern and Schedule
The Primary School Teacher Selection Test (PSTST) will be held entirely online. The exam will be conducted in two shifts per day:
- Morning Shift: Reporting 08:30 AM – 10:00 AM | Exam 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift: Reporting 01:00 PM – 02:30 PM | Exam 03:00 PM – 05:00 PM
Candidates are required to report on time; late arrivals will not be allowed into the exam hall.

Madhya Pradesh Primary Teacher Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Higher Secondary (10+2) with 50% marks + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) or Special Education
- OR Higher Secondary with 45% marks + 2-year Diploma (as per NCTE norms)
- OR Higher Secondary with 50% marks + 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)
- OR Graduation + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education
(5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Divyang candidates)
Age Limit (as on 1 January 2025):
- Minimum: 21 years
- Maximum: 40 years (General)
- Relaxation up to 45–54 years for reserved categories, women, and guest teachers.
